Shabsai Shuchatowitz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Benefits Group, where he leads the firm’s mission to deliver transparent, strategic, and client-centered employee benefits solutions. With a deep belief that benefits should empower both employers and employees, Shabsai has built Evergreen on a foundation of integrity, education, and long-term value.
Shabsai began his career in the insurance industry in 2011 with New York Life Insurance Company, quickly earning recognition for excellence, including the Life Foundation Award and qualification for the Million Dollar Round Table. These early achievements shaped his results-driven mindset and commitment to high standards that continue to define Evergreen’s approach today.
At Evergreen, Shabsai champions innovative plan design, cost-containment strategies, and clear communication that help organizations navigate the complexity of healthcare with confidence. Bracha Shuchatowitz
Chief Operating Officer, Evergreen Benefits Group
Bracha Shuchatowitz is the Chief Operating Officer of Evergreen Benefits Group, where she oversees daily operations and helps guide the firm’s continued growth with care, consistency, and strong leadership. She plays an essential role in ensuring Evergreen delivers reliable service while maintaining the values that define the organization.
In her role, Bracha focuses on building efficient systems, supporting team collaboration, and creating operational structure that allows advisors and clients to succeed. Her leadership ensures that Evergreen’s vision is carried out with clarity and attention to detail as the company continues to expand.

Chaim Finkelstein
Vice President of Business Development, Evergreen Benefits Group
Chaim Finkelstein is the Vice President of Business Development at Evergreen Benefits Group, where he focuses on strengthening relationships, expanding strategic partnerships, and helping organizations find benefits solutions that make sense for their people and their bottom line.
Chaim brings more than 10 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, and client relations to his role at Evergreen. He began his career as a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual, where he established a strong presence in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. markets and built a broad professional network across the country.
After six years in financial services, Chaim co-founded a private wealth management firm in Baltimore. As a principal, he led the firm’s private placement division and guided its business development efforts. Most recently, Chaim served as Vice President of Commercial Lines at Worthy Insurance, a Chicago-based brokerage firm where he worked with clients in the healthcare and real estate industries. His background gives him a unique ability to understand both the financial and human sides of employee benefits and design thoughtful, strategic solutions.
At Evergreen, Chaim combines analytical insight with a people-first approach, helping employers identify opportunities to improve benefits programs in ways that support employees and strengthen their overall financial wellness. His clients appreciate his ability to listen deeply, communicate clearly, and deliver tailored strategies that align with their goals.
Outside of work, Chaim is an enthusiastic sports fan. You’ll often find him playing, watching, or attending a game, where he enjoys the energy, community, and shared passion that sports bring.
Charity Frederick
Senior Account Manager, Evergreen Benefits Group
Charity Frederick is a Senior Account Manager at Evergreen Benefits Group, where she plays a vital role in delivering responsive, thoughtful service and support to clients. Olga Hadziosmanovic
Director of Benefits Marketing & Vendor Partnerships Evergreen Benefits Group
Olga Hadziosmanovic is the Director of Benefits Marketing & Vendor Partnerships at Evergreen Benefits Group, where she focuses on strengthening vendor and carrier relationships and elevating how complex benefits strategies are communicated to clients. With more than 17 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance industry, Olga is known for combining strategic insight with a highly relationship-driven approach.
Olga holds a Master’s degree and brings a strong underwriting background, which gives her a deep understanding of risk, plan design, and funding mechanics. She has extensive expertise in self-funded, level-funded, captive, and other alternative funding structures, allowing her to bridge financial strategy, clinical considerations, and real-world client needs. This foundation enables her to work effectively with carriers, TPAs, PBMs, and vendor partners to align solutions with each client’s long-term goals.
At Evergreen, Olga collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to develop clear, practical benefits messaging and ensure clients have access to high-quality, well-aligned solutions. Her work reflects Evergreen’s commitment to transparency, education, and long-term partnership.
Olga is known for her ability to connect people and ideas, simplify complexity, and build trust through collaboration. She is passionate about creating partnerships that deliver measurable value for employers and meaningful outcomes for employees and their families.
Outside of work, Olga is a devoted wife and mother who values time with her family. She loves traveling and exploring new cultures, experiences that broaden her perspective and reinforce the curiosity and openness she brings to her work. She is also actively involved in animal rescue, volunteering her time and fostering cats to help prepare them for adoption. Olga shares her home with cats, a dog, and a hedgehog, reflecting the same care and compassion she brings to her work.

Yuliya Lazaro

With more than a decade of experience in insurance and benefits operations, Yuliya began her career with industry leaders including Risk Strategies and NFP, where she developed foundational expertise in benefits consulting and client service. She later expanded her operational leadership at an InsureTech startup, driving technology-enabled solutions and cross-functional process improvements.
At Evergreen, Yuliya oversees the integration of systems and workflows that enhance the client experience, improve internal collaboration, and support scalable growth. Her strategic and analytical approach ensures that operational excellence underpins the firm’s full-service benefits consulting, HR support, and enrollment solutions.
Yuliya is passionately committed to customer service and operational innovation, consistently seeking new opportunities to elevate the value Evergreen delivers to its clients and partners.
